Dr. Juneja is currently the Director of Michigan Primary Care Partners and the Medical Director of West Michigan Surgery Center. Dr. Juneja attended JIMPER Medical School in Pondicherry, India and completed his residency at State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Juneja has an extensive background in orthopedic spinal surgery. He is double Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management. He also has his Masters of Science as an Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr. Juneja has been practicing since 1992.

Dr. Zolotoy attended medical school at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine with additional education at Harvard Medical School. He completed residencies at the Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan and at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Zolotoy is a published author and is board certified in both Pain Medicine and through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Maria has been a certified physician assistant at West Michigan Pain since 2015. She received her bachelor’s degree in Bio Medical Science from Grand Valley State University in 2002 and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005.

Dennis is a nationally certified Physician Assistant, with more than 10 years of experience in internal medicine and pain management. Dennis received his undergraduate degree in health sciences from Grand Valley State University, and completed his Physician Assistant Masters degree at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.

Crystal graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Michigan University with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, and obtained her Master of Physician Assistant degree from Grand Valley State University. Crystal has worked as an athletic trainer at Spectrum Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and for the Grand Rapids Storm Basketball Team. She came to us from the Grand River Emergency Medical Group where she saw patients in the Mercy Health Emergency Department in Grand Rapids. Crystal is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac, Trauma and Pediatric Life Support. Crystal has a passion for preventative medicine, treating orthopedic injuries, and creating healthy, active lifestyles. She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a Certified Licensed Athletic Trainer.
